This music video for A.T. Smith was conceived out of various imagery inspired by the song. I wanted to create something that had the same up-tempo energy and weird cheekiness of the lyrics. I decided to shoot the video in black and white and add film-scratches to evoke a feeling of old, battered Gothic horror movies of the 40s and 50s, which I felt fit quite well with Adam’s style. It was also launched on Halloween for added effect. Adam has since gone on to have great success as a core member of the band Temples.
